A 6-Part Men's Coaching Program

The Legacy
Project

Win in work, relationships, and life—
without burning bridges or burning out.

Most programs for men pick one lane: crush it in business, fix your marriage, get spiritually centered. But your life doesn't work in silos. This series works because it doesn't either. Six modules. Practical frameworks. The whole man.

The Legacy Project by Chuck Elliott

You've built a good life. Something still feels off.

You're not lazy. You're not failing. By most measures, you're winning. But there's a gap between the life you're living and the man you know you could be—and most days you don't even have language for it.

The problem isn't effort. You've got plenty of that. The problem is that no one ever taught you to build all of it at the same time—the work, the marriage, the faith, the legacy. You've been trying to win in pieces while your life demands a whole strategy.

Successful on paper, restless inside

The scorecard looks good. The internal conversation is a different story.

Winning at work, losing at home

The same drive that built your career is quietly costing you the relationships that matter most.

No real model for what healthy looks like

You know what you don't want to become. You're still figuring out who you do want to be.

Legacy as an intention, not a reality

You want to leave something that matters. You just haven't built a plan for it yet.

"In a world where men have a big stereotype to follow, Chuck gives you the tools to be masculine in a healthy manner—and to succeed in every aspect of life."

— Caleb, Legacy Project participant

Six modules. Real frameworks.
No fluff.

Session 1: Vision and Goal Setting

SESSION 01

Vision & Goal Setting

Most men drift. This module builds the compass. You'll write a personal vision statement and create a goal architecture that actually holds.

Session 2: Understanding Yourself

SESSION 02

Understanding Yourself

Emotional intelligence isn't soft—it's strategic. You'll learn to identify what you're feeling, understand why, and use it instead of being controlled by it.

Session 3: Relationships

SESSION 03

Relationships

The question that changes everything: How do people feel after being around you? You'll shift from transactional to genuinely additive.

Session 4: Function in the Dysfunction

SESSION 04

Function in the Dysfunction

Every pattern in your life is communicating something. You'll learn to read it, trace it to its root, and replace it with something that actually serves you.

Session 5: Circle of Influence

SESSION 05

Circle of Influence

Your environment is shaping you right now—for better or worse. You'll audit who and what has access to you and start designing it deliberately.

Session 6: Legacy

SESSION 06

Legacy

The gap between legacy as an intention and legacy as a reality. You'll close it. A legacy statement, a mentoring plan, a commitment with your name on it.

Real men. Real change.

"Chuck taught me how to problem-solve in a way I can actually apply. I'm more self-aware of my emotions and how to unpack them. In a world full of stereotypes about what a man should be, this program helped me figure out what healthy actually looks like."

"Working with Chuck helped me name things I'd been carrying for years but couldn't articulate. He doesn't let you stay comfortable in vague—he pushes you toward clarity, and holds you accountable to it."

I coach the whole man, not just the professional title.

Most of what I know about men, I learned by sitting across from them at their worst. Men who built something real but couldn't figure out why they felt empty. Men who were great at leading a team and couldn't lead their own family. Men who knew they were supposed to leave something behind but had no idea what it would actually take.

I spent 13 years in pastoral ministry before making a hard transition of my own. I know what it's like to build an identity around a role and then have to figure out who you are without it. My wife Ashley and I co-authored a book on exactly that—identity loss, grief, and what comes next.

This program is the distillation of 15 years in a room with men. The frameworks that actually moved people. The questions that cut through the noise. The work that doesn't just make you feel better—it makes you different.

The gap between intention
and legacy closes here.

Nearly every man I talk to says legacy matters. When I ask what steps he's taken to build it intentionally, most draw a blank. This is where that changes.
